Check out other websites which have companies. They have a strict regiment – eating, dancing, classes (schooling), different instructions and movements, practices. Have you tried out for any casting calls for your age group? Is there a “local” ballet company which you can probably visit, review on the internet?
Now for your toes and looking down – I believe your teacher says patience and practice, practice, practice! You know the steps, keep your chin up!
