How do i become fitter and leaner?

I’m 15 and i dance for 4 hours 2-3 times a week. I do mostly ballet bar work and some cross floor. I’m about 163cm in height and around 47kg. It is definitely a normal weight but i want to become a leaner person. My thigh and butt area needs to become slimmer. I also want to become stronger overall so i can do better in dance. I only run at least one a week so i need other exercises to build up my stamina and speed. I don’t need to become like an athlete but i just want to become fitter. Thanks. And i don’t have any exercise equipment, neither do i go to the gym. (:
I also want to work on my arm strength.
I don’t think i have a healthy diet but i also don’t indulge too much. I do eat veg and fruits but i’m not very conscious of what i eat. I don’t want to become someone who counts and plans what she eats everyday so what should i do?
