What is a good meal plan to loose 21 pounds?
I just weight myself and I’m 154 pounds and 5ft 7. I’m quiet a picky eater though and I need help with my diet.
I don’t eat bread – instead I have wraps
I don’t eat eggs or drink milk but I like cheese.
I don’t eat pork, beef, lamb, fish – I only eat chicken and the odd sausage.
I don’t eat nuts and lentils.
I eat lots of vegetables and fruit.
I don’t really like water but I drink it sometimes and I drink fruit juices and diet coke (I know it’s not the best thing to drink but it has nothing to do with my weight.)
I don’t really like breakfast or cereals, all I can eat is coco pops in the morning. I’m not even joking, everything else makes me sick.
I’m about to start ballet dancing, kayaking and walking 5km once a week. Help?
So? I’ve been gaining weight recently and if I gain anymore I’ll be fatter than I already am and I hate being fat.
Your BMI is 24, that is within the normal range. If you lose 21lbs, you will be nearer the underweight range.
