I am a teenager and I am pretty short, about 4 foot 10. haha, I know that’s sad. But I am a competitive baton twirler and a new ballet dancer, and I need to be thin and toned. If I healthfully lost about 18 pounds I would still be in a good BMI range. The problem is I have been trying to lose weight since last summer and I can’t control myself. I have told myself everyday to eat healthy and I usually do in the morning but screw up later. I really want to lose 18 pounds by march but healthfully. I have low self esteem and I really want some help.
