BALLET MIRRORS DANCE STUDIO

What items are necessary to build a dance studio?
My girl friend loves to do ballet but quit a few years ago for personal reasons. She loves to dance and was very good at it when she did. She misses it a lot and always talks about how she just wishes she could have a barre, a mirror and the floor necessary to just dance on her own.
I want to build this in her attic while she’s out of the house and surprise her with it for Christmas but I don’t know what all of that means. What do I need? (What type of flooring, barre, mirror etc.) And how big should everything be?
Mirrors
a wood bar that can hold up
a good tile or hardwood strong dance floor
something that can help her do stretches like mats
