i am 14 female and 89 pound/40kg and around or inch shorter than 5ft tall. and is this o.k ballet dancing. and how can i learn ballet basic without going to ballet class. is there is any websites and online videos that shows basic ballet steps.

Your build is just fine for ballet, but there is no way you can learn ballet basics without going to ballet class. Sorry, but that’s just the way it is. It’s worth making the effort because unless you learn the basic techniques, you will never make it in ballet. It’s important to have a good instructor because the teacher can correct mistakes you are making, that you are probably not even aware of. Further, a dance studio will have the mirror wall and the ballet barre that you need for training.
