Should BNP supporting ballerina be forced out of ballet company?
I have just read a story on the BBC News website (link below) regarding a ballet dancer who may be facing expulsion from the English National Ballet company for being a member of the BNP.
I am not a supporter of the BNP, in fact very much the opposite, but it is still a legitimate political party. Is it right for some one to face being sacked because of their political beliefs? I have a feeling that if the ballerina was a member of the Socialist party this would not be an issue. Especially for The Guardian newspaper who “outed” her. What are your thoughts?

This a democracy, the BNP (like them or loathe them) are a legitimate political party.
You cant say that we are going to have a democracy where you can only have certai opinions. Thats rubbish, self-defeating hypocrisy.
So she has an opinion that a lot of people dont agree with, and she supports a political p[arty you do not share opinions with.
Do we have free speech or not?
