what should i wear for a minnie mouse costume for halloween?

i already have a red and white polka dot blouse, a black tunic dress, the ears from the disney store, and red ballet flats. what should i wear for:

stockings- red; you already have a black tunic.
yes; you should wear a black turtleneck under something you are wearing but dont make it too noticeable.
hair- curly is very adorable.
makeup-maybe eyeliner but nothing too heavy, you are talking about a disney character here….!
