Ballet stretching and strengthening workout?
Could you please give me a structured stretching and strengthening workout to do at home on the floor or at the barre. I really need something that will be specifically relevant for improving my ballet and also exercises that will stretch and strengthen every part of my body-legs,feet,back etc.
