What do you wear to your first ballet class?
I like this capezio leotard and where should i get the shoes?
All you need is a leotard, Capezio tights, and soft toed shoes. I do not know your age but my girls had to buy extra elastic and sew an “X” across the top of the shoe to make sure the shoe stayed on. The instructor will explain exactly where you sew the “X” . It more or less follows where the stitching is between your arch and heel and crosses over to where the ball of your foot begins and arch. The brand Capezio is leather and an extra sole is at the ball and heel of the foot. Those are sold at any store that sells ballet items. Call first.
Good luck. It is an excellent discipline that teaches agility, grace and strength. It certainly incorporates left and right side of your brains.
