Very insecure and self conscious, please take the time to read.?
im a 15 year old girl from Sydney Australia. i am really insecure and today i wore a bikini to the beach, it is the first time in 3 years that i have worn a bikini in public and i went home and cried. i am 163cm tall and i weigh 51.1 kilos. i am a size 6-10 and i am also very pale, blue eyes and blond hair and extremely self conscious.
i hate it i never wear what i want because i feel to self conscious. i am a ballet dancer so its normal right? being self conscious is stopping me doing things, like i don’t go shopping anymore and i don’t eat nice food and i don’t date guys because im scared of what they will think of me.
i eat 2 meals a day and drink plenty of water and do at least 2 hours of exercise a day. so why am i so self conscious?
i know a lot of people post these questions and they probably get annoying for people to answer. but can someone please honesty answer and leave out the bull ***. every answer is appreciated

You are in an awkward age,between a young adult and a young girl. But in time you will learn to love yourself You will outgrow your fears and inhibitions. Learn to enjoy life as it comes. You are a ballet dancer and that is something great. Not everyone can be a dancer. Take your time. Have confidence and sooner or later you will find a new you. Full of confidence and beautiful inside and outside and that is all that matters. So Cheer up.
