Calling all dancers: how do i do multiple pirouettes?

CALLING ALL DANCERS!!
Okay, so i’m 15 years old and have been doing ballet since i was 3 (so that makes 12 years of dance experience). I’ve been watching tons of youtube videos of little girls -about 8 or 9 years old- doing 9 or 10 pirouettes and it sucks because i can only do about 3, yet i am so much older than they are and have been dancing a heck of a lot longer too.
What i want to know is: is there a secret to doing these multiple turns?
Somebody pleeease help me! I’d really really love to improve my technique and do these amazing pirouettes, but i just don’t know how to do it. So, if you can do all these turns and know any exercises or secrets on how to do them could you post a reply, all answers would be greatly appreciated!
P.S: feel free to post links to websites and/or vids you know of that may help too.

I know that what i am saying now is not the answer to this question, but..
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM TOO !
and it really does suck that i can only do 2-4 pirouettes !
But still working on them, or trying to but i can’t seem to find the right way to do them, I try to spot with my head ( find a spot, and always try to look at that spot and turn my head fast so i can keep track of the spot ) and hmm… it doesn’t work much for me tho

I will keep checking on this question and see all the other answers, ( it might help me too :] )
